The Minnesota Wild have just announced that Zach Parise will miss 6 to 8 weeks with a broken sternum that happened towards the end of game 3.

The man who has scored in every playoff game and is the career playoff leader for the Wild in goals is pretty much done for the season. What an absolute dagger of an announcement just 4 hours before game 4 of the series against the Winnipeg Jets.
So the two guys who we signed to turn around the franchise are both out with major injuries. You can’t make this shit up.
